Robert is an agricultural biochemist. He ran an analytical laboratory for four years, and then spent 10 years as a commercial intensive vegetable farm manager in various locations, ran his own agronomy consultancy for 15 years and is a FACTS examiner and AP crop protocol author. Currently, he manages the global agronomy programme at Sirius Minerals that consists of over 200 trials on 27 crops in 17 countries.
