Registration

‌PLEASE NOTE: At present, there are no Study Tours available for registration. However, if you would like to log your interest to participate in future tours, please contact the School of History, Classics & Archaeology at Newcastle University.

Registration for the Hadrian's Wall Study Tour can be completed through Newcastle University's webstore.

The registration fee for the Hadrian's Wall Study Tour is £500.

Please note that the registration fee includes:

  • travel during the study tour
  • all site entrance fees
  • all lunches during the tour
  • receptions
  • an information pack
  • a completion certificate

The registration fee does NOT include:

  • accommodation
  • breakfast or dinner
  • travel costs to and from Newcastle

You will receive an email to confirm your registration on the study tour, as as the event nears, the Lead Educator of the tour will contact you via email.

 

Cancellation and Refunds:

In the event that you need to cancel your registration, this can be completed with a full refund if the cancellation is made 30 days in advance of the study tour. A refund of 50% will be offered if the cancellation is made 15 days in advance of the study tour. If cancellation is made 14 days or less in advance of the tour, then no refund of the registration will be available.

Newcastle University also reserves the right to cancel the study tour in the event of insufficient registrations. In such circumstances, the event would be postponed at least 30 days in advance of the start of the tour.
