Jorge Bernardino

Jorge Bernardino is a Professor at ISEC - Polytechnic University of Coimbra. He was President of ISEC from 2005-2010 and President of the Scientific Council from 2016-2019. In 2014, he was a Visiting Professor at CMU-Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He was the Director of the Institute for Applied Research (i2A) at the Polytechnic of Coimbra from July 2019 until July 2021. His research interests include Big Data, Databases, Data Science, IoT and Software Engineering.
