Registration and Information Desk
There will be a registration/ help desk open throughout the Workshop in front of Saladaeng Room, Dusit Thani Bangkok. You should report to the Registration Desk upon arrival to obtain your Workshop pack and name badge pass. The Registration Desk will be operating at the Workshop venue according to the schedule below:
Name badges
Participants will receive their badges upon their check-in at the Registration Desk. All delegates are required to wear their badges while at the Workshop venue for admittance and security reasons.
Hospitality Desk
There will be a hospitality desk at the Workshop staffed by student volunteers from Kasetsart University. You apply to this desk if you have problems relating to your stay in Bangkok or your attendance to the Workshop. This is also the desk which you should go to in order to reserve a place for a free Cultural Tour at the conclusion of the Workshop.
Catering Facilities
Throughout the Workshop, lunch, coffee, tea and refreshments will be available to all participants.
Workshop Reception
An evening reception will be held at Library 1918, Dusit Thani Bangkok on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, from 18.00-20.00. All participants are cordially invited.
