Accommodation
In partnership with the Newcastle-Gateshead Initiative (NGI), we have secured preferential MACRO delegate rates at two hotels: The Hampton by Hilton and Sleeperz. To take advantage of these bookings simply visit the NGI MACRO Accommodation pages.
The hotels are located within easy walking distance of one-another (~5 mins) and the conference venue (~20 mins), with excellent Metro links to the venue from both (~10 mins). Both the Hamptons by Hilton and Sleeperz hotels provide breakfast.
Book your hotel here. The booking service is flexible and will allow any length of stay within the 5 days pre-booked by the conference. Note that only a limited number of reservations are available, so delegates should book soon to avoid disappointment (Booking Deadline: 13 August).
Additional accommodation has been secured at the Osborne Hotel, located at a pleasant 15 min walk from the University in the popular residential area of Jesmond (north-east of the town centre). There are a limited number of single rooms and twin rooms, all at the price of GBP 45 per night (bed + breakfast + WIFI).
