Registration
Standard registration is now closed. Those not yet registered can contact the organisers directly to apply to attend and submit a poster. Due to lecture theatre restrictions, we have an absolute maximum of 120 spaces at MACRO.
Successful applicants can pay here. We are providing two pricing options: the full option for staff and post-docs (£270); and the student rate for Ph.D or similar (£180). Please note that this fee will cover: all teas, coffees and other refreshments; lunch-time and evening meals including the conference dinner at the BALTIC; and a delegate pack. Delegates are reminded that the JQC Symposium (Tues. 13th) is a free event open to all.
Abstract submission
Anyone who would like to submit an abstract for a contributed talk and/or poster is encouraged to submit a title and abstract here.
All submissions should use this LaTeX template. Abstracts may contain one image.
The abstract submission deadline for both contributed talks and posters will be Friday 22nd July, 5pm.
