Participation in the FHSS Symposium is by invitation only. The Standing Committee Members, Correspondents, Committee Chairmen and Official Discussers shall participate in the Symposium. Participation of Observers is conditional upon invitation by the FHSS Chairman.

Committee Member: This category is exclusive to individuals actively serving on the symposium's standing committee and panel members. These participants are integral to the symposium's structure, contributing significantly to its planning, execution, and content.

Observer:  Observers are esteemed professionals whose expertise and contributions to the field qualify them for participation. They are selected through invitations extended by the symposium's chairman or through self-registration, offering a unique opportunity for engagement with the event's technical and social activities.

Student: Catering to the academic sector, this category welcomes undergraduate and postgraduate researchers seeking insight into current research trends and networking opportunities. Participation as a student provides access to the symposium's wealth of knowledge and the chance to engage with leading professionals in the field.
