It is very important that we receive Feedback about the event.   It is the only way that we know that what we are already doing is what you want out of the meeting, or ways in which we can improve the meeting to meet more of your needs/wants.

It is also a requirement by RCP in order to get the CPD points.   Some of the questions we ask may seem strange but we are required to ask certain questions to comply with the RCP rules and regulations.

The Feedback form is available here but there will also be paper copies of the form available on the day.   It does not matter whether you download the form and scan and send back via email (to janet.herdman@ncl.ac.uk ) or whether you complete the paperform and hand it in on the day (or scan and send back as mentioned before), HOWEVER please only complete one form.

Your feedback is very important to us.  We can't make changes or improve the meeting if you do not tell us what you think.
