Conference venue

The Conference will be held at the Lille Grand Palais, situated very close to the Gare Lille Flandres. The Gare Lille Flandres is the original main line train station in Lille, France. Note that there is another train station in Lille for Eurostar/TGV services (Gare Lille Europe). Gare Lille Europe is within 5 minute walking distance from Gare Lille Flandres.

Travelling to Lille

From Lille-Lesquin Airport to centre of Lille:

Take the shuttle from the Airport to Euralille shopping centre.

About Lille

RSSR 2019 will be held in the city of Lille, in the north of France.

Lille is capital of the Hauts de France region, and combines its renowned Flemish architectural heritage with more contemporary constructions.

Lille was elected European Capital of Culture in 2004, along with the Italian city of Genoa.

Situated on the Deûle River, near France's border with Belgium, Lille is easily reached by train from Paris, Brussels and London.
