The TEI2022 is not providing accommodation directly. Instead we've asked the NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau to do so for us. They have created an accommodation-booking portal for recommended hotels in the area (to which more will be added over the next few weeks). You’ll need a credit or debit card to secure your booking, your card details will be held as a guarantee only to secure the booking. No payment will be taken at the point of booking, payment will be taken upon arrival / departure of your stay. If you need to pay in advance using a company card, please contact the hotel in advance and ask to pre-pay. Please review the hotel policy for your chosen hotel before booking. If in doubt, contact the hotel to answer questions.
