Rail Strikes 15 and 17 September! [Updated: now suspended]

Currently the majority of train companies and UK's network rail will have strikes on the 15 and 17 September 2022. This means that moving around the UK will be more difficult on those days (and perhaps have effects on days before/after them). If you are travelling on those days you may wish to investigate alternatives such as National Express coaches. This will not affect Nexus Metro services from Newcastle City Centre to the Newcastle Airport.
