This is an information pack for delegates staying at Castle Leazes. The document includes a map of the campus that highlights the location of Castle Leazes and the main conference area.

Check-in opens at 2pm. We recommend that you register for the conference on campus (Percy Building) first, and then check in at Castle Leazes.

Reception closes at 8pm. After 8pm, the university's security services will be able to give you access to your room. For late arrivals, go to reception. If reception is closed, ring 0191 208 6817 and Security will arrive at reception to check you in.  Check-out is at 10am. 

CORRECTION: Castle Leazes Breakfast is served 0800-0900!
