Instructions for Presenters

All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint format. Each presenter will have 12 minutes to deliver their talk, followed by 3 minutes for questions.

Please upload your presentation during the break preceding your session. A conference organiser will be available to assist with the upload process and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Instructions for Poster Presenters

Posters should be a maximum size of A0 (841mm x 1189mm). We will provide Velcro fixings for attaching posters to the display boards.

Please ensure your poster is set up in the designated area before the session begins. If you need any assistance, conference staff will be available to help.
